Taiwan snack-my DIY style

I love fried shitake(mushroom). An alternate way to avoid eating french fries. (For me)
Heard that too much eating of fried potatoes will harm ur liver health. And the cholesterol in them make u fat and ugly. Some more, fried things are not really good for ur skin.
So, try to eat more healthy food , but we gotta satisfy our craving sometimes.
Thus this time I eat(have just eaten) those fried shitake.

And with my fav carbohydrate drink PEPSI....

I also wanna share how to make that. It's just a child play.


  1. Cover those we shitake with potato starch( here I use PAGODA brand potato starch).
  2. Add a pinch of salt.
  3. Deep fry with medium heat.(here gotta use large amount of oil, making sure those mushroom are deep fry)
  4. Then, Enjoy~

  1. ooo shitake mushrooms! we bought them last time in tiong supermarket to make ur 'rice with gravy dish' haha xD i luv them too~ hmm...i wonder if that's realli ur fav drink..shudnt it be b33r? hahaha
