Heard that too much eating of fried potatoes will harm ur liver health. And the cholesterol in them make u fat and ugly. Some more, fried things are not really good for ur skin.
So, try to eat more healthy food , but we gotta satisfy our craving sometimes.
Thus this time I eat(have just eaten) those fried shitake.
And with my fav carbohydrate drink PEPSI....
I also wanna share how to make that. It's just a child play.
- Cover those we shitake with potato starch( here I use PAGODA brand potato starch).
- Add a pinch of salt.
- Deep fry with medium heat.(here gotta use large amount of oil, making sure those mushroom are deep fry)
- Then, Enjoy~
ooo shitake mushrooms! we bought them last time in tiong supermarket to make ur 'rice with gravy dish' haha xD i luv them too~ hmm...i wonder if that's realli ur fav drink..shudnt it be b33r? hahaha
