Shopping, spending flee day
That was my dinner for that day, Caesar salad with smoked salmon. Accompanied by ice-coffee( not usually drink because of its strong smell cause me headache) but here there is not much available cold beverage than sodas, blends(only watermelon, orange or green apple) and can- drinks, so I had to make it with iced coffee instead.
Quite cheap
All in $ 13.90(insclusive of GST and 10% service charge)
Oh yea..Forgot to mention that slice of garlic bread. It was complimentary FOC gift.heee but it tastes not really good. Soggy and cold -.-
P.S The Jack place’s seafood harvest in bugis shopping mall is closing down in the end of this May. Which is only seafood feast restaurant provided with a lot of seafood, lobsters, oysters(yummy) etc...Then the rest are only steak house.
After my stomach was full, wandering around bugis mall, those with the push carts area. And I bumped with a male accessories promoter whose age is about 19+ selling me sea-shell bracelet ($21.90). The bracelet is so charming assorted with my favorite white whole sea-shells. But here what I dun like is that he touched my hand like his gf. I feel like it is kinda weird and sleazy. And the way he talks too. Am I wrongly judged? Behaving gigolo or it really is the part of his responsibility to sell things? He really was a smooth-talker, I admit. Finally, I bought a pair of hand painted earrings for the sake of his offer, because he keeps offering me some discounts telling be faster before his boss returned back. :D Conversation was not finished here, I questioned him how to get clark quay from where I am, wishing I could walk there. I have known the best way is talking bus out of travelling with MRT or on foot. Or joking me he would piggyback me to there. LOL However, when I see the clock and its almost I am supposed to go home. So, said thank you and it ends here.
Instead I went to nearest Iluma building and window shopped again. Meanwhile I saw this: I find it was so cute and took picture .:D

Mushroom with tomato sauce Seafood Pasta
Dinner Tonight: Tomato Sauce with Mushrooms and Anchovy
Since I eat simple pastas with tomato sauce so often, I'm always on the lookout for new approaches to the subject—especially now. During the summer, the quality of tomatoes is so good I'm happy to just chop them up and let them marinate with some garlic and basil, tossed with hot pasta and pillowy clouds of mozzarella. But in this seemingly interminable winter, those days seem far off. Tomato sauces need a little something interesting to make the cut.
That's why I turned to this sauce in my standby cookbook, Cucina Rustica, which packs two known umami-bombs into one recipe: the pungent anchovy and the common white mushroom. Together they deepen and enrich the sauce without a lot of simmering time. Rather than the more common pairing of basil with tomato, rosemary steps in and gets along quite well.

Tomato Sauce with Mushrooms and Anchovy
- serves 4 -
Ingredients
1 pound short pasta
1 pound white mushrooms, sliced
1/4 cup olive oil
1 small onion, peeled and finely diced
2 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
1 15-ounce can whole peeled tomatoes, crushed by hand
1 sprig fresh rosemary, leaved removed and minced
2 fillets anchovy, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Grated Parmesan for finishing
1 pound white mushrooms, sliced
1/4 cup olive oil
1 small onion, peeled and finely diced
2 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
1 15-ounce can whole peeled tomatoes, crushed by hand
1 sprig fresh rosemary, leaved removed and minced
2 fillets anchovy, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Grated Parmesan for finishing
Procedure
1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over low heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook gently for 10 minutes, until soft. Turn the heat to high and add the mushrooms, cooking until all the moisture has evaporated.
2. Add the anchovies and cook for a minute until they begin to soften and melt into the sauce, then add the tomatoes and rosemary. Season to taste and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
3. In the meantime, bring a pot of salty water to boil and cook the pasta until al dente. Drain, reserving some pasta water, then add to a serving bowl and top with the sauce. Toss well, adding a bit of pasta cooking water if necessary, then top with the cheese and serve.

kraft kitchens tips
SIZE-WISE
Sweets can add enjoyment to a balanced diet, but remember to keep an eye on portions.
HOW TO BAKE IN SPRINGFORM PAN
Prepare and bake cheesecake as directed, substituting a 9-inch springform pan for the 13x9-inch pan and increasing the baking time to 1 hour 10 min. or until center is almost set. Run knife or metal spatula around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim. (Note: If using a dark nonstick springform pan, reduce oven temperature to 325ºF.)
SUBSTITUTE
Substitute 6 HONEY MAID Graham Crackers, crushed (about 1 cup) and 3 Tbsp. sugar for the OREO Cookies.
P.S"Today I am not keen to make a cheese cake as today we have tamarind soup with kang kong and fried cat fish. Wondering why it is so pleasant, we went buy alot of dish ingredients and groceries at the market. And vanilla extract is a need at the kitchen, too.

What was happened?
FuckMyLife
People say I am so selfish. Yes, but then, do u know what makes me like this?
Do u even know how much did I suffered? How I was threatened?
I did have to take these things painfully in my three years of diploma studying. I was hurt so much.
Keep on loathing me for threating u all with cold-heartly and even absent-mindedly.
Once I wish..I do really want to change my feelings to threat u all well with my heart.
Seems I have not given the chance? I did want to live happily regardless of my nightmares that I had.
My Dad, who is mostly away with me on business. Occasionally we talk through air. But it appears to be, he doesn't have any clue what I am in need actually. Whatsoever, he always says the encourage word:
My mom, that I respect most in this world.
Thanks for all the sacrifices what you have done only for the sake of me.
But I don't wish to survive anymore. I am collapsing into so many pieces. I wish I can sleep without waking up regardlessly all of the responsibility.
